Browse the collection, choose your size and colour, then select the option you want and complete checkout. You'll get an order confirmation by email and SMS immediately.
Yes — as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Email support@jadan.pk with your order number as soon as possible and we'll update or cancel it for you.
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready and inspect the box before accepting the parcel.
Shipping
Delivery is a flat Rs 350 on every order, anywhere in Pakistan, and takes 3–5 working days. There are no handling or hidden fees.
2–3 working days for major cities and 3–5 working days elsewhere. Remote areas may take one or two days longer.
A tracking number is sent by SMS and email as soon as your order ships. You can follow it on the courier's site or ask our team to check for you.
Sizing & Fit
Most of our styles run true to standard UK/PK sizing. If you're between sizes, or you have a wider foot, we recommend going one size up.
Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. As long as the shoes are unworn and in their original box, size swaps are free where stock allows.
Returns & Care
You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn footwear in its original packaging. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Email us within 48 hours with photos of the shoes and the box. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement right away.
Wipe with a soft damp cloth, air-dry away from direct heat, and store them in the box with the inserts. Rotating between pairs meaningfully extends their life.
