3–5 days delivery, nationwide.

Standard delivery is a flat Rs 350 on all orders anywhere in Pakistan. There are no hidden handling fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

• Orders are processed within 24 working hours of confirmation.
• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3–4 working days.
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days.
• Remote areas may take 1–2 additional working days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

As soon as your parcel leaves our facility you'll receive a tracking number by SMS and email. You can follow the shipment on the courier's website at any time, and our team can look it up for you if anything seems stuck.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready and inspect the box in front of the rider before accepting the parcel.

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If the address is incomplete or the phone number is unreachable, the parcel returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange a re-send. Delays caused by weather, strikes or courier network disruptions are outside our control, but we will always keep you updated.
