By accessing jadan.pk or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible. Screen calibration can cause slight colour variation, and handmade finishing may produce minor differences between pairs. These are not defects.

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it once we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example due to stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud — and will refund you in full where payment has been taken.

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and supported online payment methods. Orders requiring advance payment are only processed once funds are confirmed.

Delivery is charged at a flat Rs 350 nationwide. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed; courier delays outside our control do not entitle you to cancellation once the parcel has shipped. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy — 7 days from delivery, unworn condition, original packaging.

Manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery are repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. Normal wear, misuse, water damage and improper storage are not covered.

All content on jadan.pk — including the Jadan name, logo, product photography, copy and page design — is owned by Jadan.pk and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

• Do not use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt to breach, scrape or overload our systems.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit false order information.

The site may link to third-party services such as couriers or payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, Jadan.pk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
